For this installment of "Blasts from the Past," I decided to select another poet from the early part of the last century, this time one with an unusual background compared to that of the other poets so far exhibited in this category.

For this installment of "Blasts from the Past," I decided to select another poet from the early part of the last century, this time one with an unusual background compared to that of the other poets so far exhibited in this category.
For one thing, his family, unlike that of many of the poets who rose to prominence in that era, was poor.
